Privacy Policy

Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor's contact information such as; their email address, name, shipping/billing address, phone numbers, etc. Contact information from the order form is used only to send orders or get in touch with the customer for order management. We do not give out any customer information to any third parties for any reason. We collect financial information at point of sale to bill the user for products but do not store that information or retain it.

Refund Policy

Lehigh Bullets will give a 100% refund for all orders returned in original condition within 30 calendar days of the order date.

Shipping Policy

All shipping will be via USPS Priorty Mail to the lower 48 states and is included in the price. Shipping via other methods or to other states must be prearranged.

Orders of in-stock products will be shipped within five (5) business days. If any product is out of stock, customers will be notified of expected ship date.

Shipping to countries outside the USA will only be done after meeting the US export and receiving country's import requirements. Please email your request prior to placing an order so feasibility and shipping costs can be determined.

Custom orders will be shipped as arranged at time of order.

Payment Policy

All orders will be shipped upon receipt of funds. This means we must receive all funds from your funding source prior to shipment.
