The monolithic construction of our bullets eliminates gyroscopic stability problems associated with jacketed bullets from the core not being located at the true axis of rotation. Machining monolithic bullets instead of forging also maintains a constant center of gravity. Both of these characteristics enable a more accurate and ballistically stable bullet to be produced.

Lehigh Bullets has redefined the accuracy and repeatability expectations of match bullets. The bullets are machined from solid barstock on precision CNC Swiss lathes. Since the bullets are produced while spinning, the same as in flight, the axis of geometry and symmetry are the same without voids, inclusions, and off-center components typical of swaged bullets. The end result: proven world record accuracy.
Lehigh developed the controlled fracturing concept in 2004, revolutionizing terminal performance for hunting bullets. The design results in a tremendous initial energy transfer, large permanent wound cavity with multiple wound channels, and a deep penetrating base. No other bullet can attain this type of performance.
Machining projectiles enables performance goals not attainable through traditional bullet forming processes. Lehigh designs, tests, and manufactures all projectiles in house optimizing performance for when you and your family need it most.
This is where it all started. The challenge: design a hunting projectile that would expand and take game at the speed of a pellet gun. The result: a history-making concept, the Lehigh controlled fracturing subsonic bullet; mission complete.
Lehigh saw a need to improve the muzzleloader ignition and designed a ventliner that can be added to many different manufacture’s breechplugs. Using de Laval nozzle principles, the ventliner concentrates the primer energy boosting the performance in igniting the powder charge.
